Altitude (above sea level, m), distance to the spring of the stream (DS, km), watershed area (WSA, km²), land average slope (LAS, %), surface stream average slope (SSS, %), pool surface (PS, m²), canopy openness (CO, two classes: 0 = no openness, 1 = openness), mean annual daily water temperature (T, °C), invertebrate biomass (IB, dry weight in mg). T and IB are given for the two years taking in account in the PLSPM analysis (2012 and 2013). Svenica and Trebuščica were not sampled in 2012.
