Appendix F (Table F1). Results PERMANOVA posthoc t tests for the interaction term using six age groups and three zones (inner island reefs, intermediate reefs, and reefs fringing outer islands). Several comparisons within the outer reefs were not possible (indicated by -) because one age group (> 1500 year) was not available from those reefs. Tests are based on 10,000 permutations. P (MC): P value based on Monte Carlo random draws of the asymptotic permutation distribution. P values < 0.01 are highlighted for clarity.
