R code for reproducing all the results presented in the paper. A set of three related files is available: (1) the original .Rnw file, which can either be Sweaved to produce (2) a pdf report or Stangled to produce (3) the R code. A fourth file, the WinBUGS model file required to run the simulations, is also provided.

RY2008EcologyCommentSupplement.Rnw - The .Rnw file containing the source code as well as the text for the report
RY2008EcologyCommentSupplement.pdf - the report obtained by Sweaving the .Rnw file
RY2008EcologyCommentSupplement.R - the R code obtained by Stangling the .Rnw file
WBMF.txt - the required WinBUGS model file
This material can be used to easily reproduce all the simulations results and resulting tables presented in our paper. Reading the pdf file first is the recommended way to start using this material. The users will require both an R and WinBUGS installation.
