Appendix A. Summary of species–habitat associations.

Table A1. Species–habitat associations summarized by species groups. The values represent the number of species for which our land-use classes of interest (urban, crop, and/or pasture) represent non-habitat according to the Southeast Gap Analysis Project (see Methods section in main manuscript). The number of species is reported both in absolute values (#) and in percentage of total (%). Species of concern include species listed as endangered, threatened, or vulnerable according to ESA, CITES, or IUCN.
