Description

The *_matrix.txt files are tab delimitted ascii files for each Leslie matrix used in the paper. The age-specific fecundities and survivorships for each matrix are provided as a tab delimitted file in tableC1.txt. Appendix C discusses how each birth-pulse matrix is specified using the age-specific fecundities and survivorships. The scaling parameters for the vital rate changes in each time period are provided for each model fit as a tab delimitted ascii file in tableD1.txt. The ∆AICc values are included here also. The constants and variances for each model fit are provided as a tab delimitted ascii file in tableD2.txt. Tables D1 and D2 are discussed in Appendix D.
