Z-values and P values are given for the contribution of distance to mature forest edge in a model with site identity as a factor and the co-variables (if significantly contributing): frequency of boulders (BOUL), meter of small logs (LOGS), meter of large logs (LOGL), and frequency of dry ground (DRY). Dependent variable was the frequency (020) of the individual species and N denotes the number of sites (stand pairs) the species was recorded in and for which the model has been run (See also Table 2).
