Description

The file programs.zip includes the software Mapper and Disperse and auxiliary files needed to run the programs. The software can be used to estimate movement parameters from spatially referenced mark–recapture data, to generate simulated data and posterior predictive data, and to conduct movement analyses such as calculations of hitting probabilities or occupancy times. The file help.pdf is a detailed tutorial demonstrating how to use Mapper and Disperse. Mapper requires Borland Database Engine, which can be downloaded from http://www.bio-tools.net/download/BDEInfoSetup.zip.
