Appendix C. Summary of allele frequencies at three allozymes (PGI, EST-1, and PGM-1) for workers and alate queens across populations of the nominal morphospecies Pogonomyrmex barbatus and P. rugosus.

The italicized second line at several locations gives data for alate queens from these same populations. Zygosity refers to number of homozygotes and heterozygotes in each population, and is presented as observed number (expected number). Chi-square and P values are calculated using all individuals of similar morphology sampled from each location. See Table 1 for sample size, and Appendix B for lineage distinctions and conservative P values.
