EstiLamVar.m

Description

EstiLamVar.m is a MATLAB program (in ASCII text) that generates an output file (also in ASCII text) containing the estimated sampling variation around population growth rate estimates made with limited data. The user defines life history parameters and one or more sampling intensities and durations. For each combination of durations and intensities the program will give estimated sampling variance and other ancillary information. To code contains extensive commenting to help users understand the input variables and outputs.
