Appendix B (Table B1). A table summarizing the results of RIVPACS modeling for 1438 non-reference sites in terms of the ecological sensitivity of individual fish species as compared to the sensitivity derived by Barbour et al. (1999). Species are arbitrarily assigned tolerant (T) when the number of sites where they actually occur (SO) is exceeding the number of sites where they are expected (SE) with a factor of 1.25 (SO/SE > 1.25). Species are marked intolerant (I) when SO/SE < 0.75, and those with values between 0.75 and 1.25 are marked as neutral or intermediate (M). The "N" or "Y" (no or yes, respectively) refers to whether there is agreement between our SO/SE tolerance and that of Barbour et al. (1999).
