Wayne P. Sousa, Peter G. Kennedy, Betsy J. Mitchell, and Benjamín M. Ordóñez L. 2007. Supply-side ecology in mangroves: do propagule dispersal and seedling establishment explain forest structure? Ecological Monographs 77:53–76.

Appendix E. ANOVA testing the effects of transect, tidal elevation, and species of propagule on the mean proportion of propagules that established as rooted seedlings in the first trial of the 1994 propagule establishment experiment.

ANOVA examining the influence of transect (Transect: BM, PL, or MS), tidal elevation (Elevation: high, mid, or low), and species of propagule (Species: Avicennia or Rhizophora) on the mean proportions of propagules that established as rooted seedlings over a 12-week period. Proportions were arcsine transformed prior to analysis.
