Description

The .txt files are designed for use in Matlab. First, open the .txt files in the Matlab Editor and save them as .m files in order to make the code more user-friendly. Then, save all the .m files in a folder. Each file is designed for conducting one, or several, of the applications and examples appearing in the main text or online appendices. Their intended use is described in the following:
